Gregory brings particular expertise in economic development and emerging markets expansion, and is passionate about helping his clients identify and develop globally-minded, growth-focused, and impact-driven leaders. Having lived in six countries and conducted project work in over 20, he brings a truly international perspective to his work. Before joining Russell Reynolds, Gregory worked with the Boston Consulting Group across four offices globally to advise private, public, and social sector clients on growth, turnaround, operations, and people strategies. Prior to that, he was a consultant with Oliver Wyman and a financial analyst with Goldman Sachs. Gregory holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School, a master's in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and an AB in economics and comparative literature from Dartmouth College. A US national, he speaks English and French fluently and is conversational in Spanish.
