Gregory Gerin is a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Industrial, Energy, and Natural Resources Practice. He also leads the firm’s Operations & Supply Chain Officers Practice in Europe, across sectors. He works closely with clients to advise on leadership challenges and discover leaders for a range of roles. With more than 15 years of experience in the international industrial arena, Gregory brings deep market insight and thoughtful change management solutions to clients of all sizes and geographies. He is based in Brussels. Gregory joined Russell Reynolds from Allnex, where he was global marketing director of the Radcure product line. Prior to that, Gregory has held roles of progressive seniority in business development and management for Bridgestone, BIA Africa, and Caterpillar, as well as spending more than four years with the Boston Consulting Group. He has lived and worked in a range of countries, including Belgium, France, Italy, Australia, Morocco, Guinea, and Senegal. Gregory holds a Master of Engineering in electro-mechanical engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique de Louvain and a Master's degree in management and finance from Solvay Business School, both in Belgium. He speaks fluent English, Dutch, and French.
