Grant Nichol is an executive search and leadership assessment specialist with over 20 years’ experience. Beginning his career as a clinical psychologist, Grant worked in the private sector and government- the Victorian Health Department in a number of roles including heading the Departments then Forensic Psychology Services before moving into executive search. Grant specialises in senior government appointments, including Government Business Enterprises, higher education, and justice and legal sectors. Grant holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science, a Master of Psychology, and MBA. He is an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society. At Future Leadership, Grant also advises on leadership capability and development to assist organisations in achieving optimal individual and team performance, and organisational resilience.
