Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, she was Senior Research Associate of another search firm, where she had a good track record with many successfully completions from middle to top levels; and expertise in FMCG/ Retail and Healthcare Industry, with functions focused on General Management, Sales & Marketing, Quality and Operation, etc. Grace obtained her first degree of BA Public Administration in Nanjing University of Finance and Economy, and got her master degree of Human Resources Management in University of Manchester, UK.
