Gordon is recognized for designing innovative, client-focused processes and developing customizable search resources that adapt to each organization's unique needs. He has successfully managed more than 250 executive searches and over 40 interim placements for private and public higher education institutions; he has also provided operational oversight and led the implementation of integrated ATS/CRM systems to optimize workflow efficiency and elevate both client and candidate experiences. Prior to joining GA&A, Gordon served as Executive Director at Keeling & Associates, where he co-founded and scaled the firm’s executive search practice. Gordon's career foundation was built through valuable roles in market research and education technology, where he honed his expertise in data-driven assessment, strategic analysis, and exceptional service delivery across diverse industry sectors. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island.
