Previously Gordon spent over 10 years with a leading Scottish boutique executive search firm where he worked on board level, non-executive and executive (c-level), and senior management searches across a wide range of industries and geographies for clients ranging from established, global FTSE100 companies to private-equity backed, emerging, fast-growth enterprises. Along with education and life sciences, Gordon?s sector experience includes professional services, technology, manufacturing, engineering, construction, chemicals, and FMCG.
