The Global Division President position with the client, an industrial manufacturing global conglomerate, involves leading a division consisting of 4 global business units in North America, Europe, and Asia. The Division President will report to the Segment President and CEO of a $1.5B segment and will be responsible for providing strategic management, direction, and leadership across all core functions. The main focus of the role will be on driving growth through acquisitions (M&A) and expanding into new markets and applications.

The successful candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field, with an MBA or Masters degree preferred. They should have at least 20 years of experience in industrial b2b manufacturing, with 5 years in a senior leadership role responsible for a P&L. Strong financial acumen is required, along with prior experience in M&A to identify targets and lead post-integration efforts. The Division President will also be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive growth strategy for both inorganic and organic growth, as well as driving operational improvements and talent development within the division.

This position is based in Houston, Texas and relocation assistance is available for non-local candidates. The Division President will work closely with global business unit leadership teams and operations to drive operational improvements for best-in-class production and quality. They will also be responsible for developing annual operating budgets, forecasts, and leading quarterly and annual reviews, as well as nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and strategic partners.
