About Bottoni
Giulia has been working in Executive
Search and Head Hunting for more than 20 years and joined AIMS International
Italy in September 2016, working in the Milan office.
She has developed most of her career in
Elan International, where she worked for 10 years and specialized in FMCG,
Pharma, White Goods and Industrial sectors. She has managed clients and carried
out Executive Search projects both at national and international level, working
both for multinational and family-owned and entrepreneurial companies.
Prior to Elan International, Giulia took
part with the Managing Partners in the start-up of AIMS Italy.
Degree in Modern Literature, she began
her career as a Researcher in a boutique Executive Search firm and then as a
Consultant in Mida.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
