Gilles Gaudefroy is a Partner at Stanton Chase, based in the Paris and Lyon offices. He serves as the Global Subsector Leader for Industrial Equipment and Components and is an active member of the firm’s CFO Practice Group. Before joining Stanton Chase, Gilles spent seven years in international executive search, holding senior roles including Senior Consultant and Managing Partner. Earlier in his career, he worked in Private Equity and held a variety of finance positions within the manufacturing and chemicals industries. He later advanced to Managing Director and CEO roles in the chemicals and B2B distribution sectors, with experience spanning both France and the United States. Gilles holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School in Paris. He is fluent in French and English.
