Giff Foley is a senior member of the firm’s global Industrial & Natural Resources Sector and Private Equity Practice. His clients range from portfolio companies of leading private equity firms to Fortune 500 organizations. Giff specializes in C-level executive assignments in general management and financial leadership positions, including CEOs, CFOs and Corporate Development/M&A leaders. He is based in New York. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Giff was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, in the Investment Banking Division. In this role, he led execution teams for M&A, equity and debt financings for natural resources and industrial clients. He also led financial sponsor coverage initiatives. Previously, Giff was a Senior Associate at Alumni Capital Network, an operationally focused private equity firm investing in middle market companies. He began his career as an Analyst for Goldman Sachs, working in both New York and Sydney. Giff also served in the US Marine Corps Infantry and is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. EDUCATION Giff holds a BA in English from Colgate University and an MBA with distinction from Cornell University, where he was a Nolan Fellow.
