Gianluca Raisoni leads Spencer Stuart’s Healthcare Practice in Italy and is member of the Industrial and Professional & IT Services practices, working in the Milan office. As a member of the firm’s Executive Assessment Services team, he also helps a range of clients evaluate the readiness and potential of their senior executives. Wide-ranging search and assessment experience Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Gianluca spent nearly 16 years with a leading European search firm, mainly focused on assessment services and the recruitment of middle managers. In this role, he operated primarily in the healthcare and consumer goods sectors, while conducting searches across all functional roles. He also managed the main Italian office in Milan, with more than 15 consultants. Gianluca also led projects in recruitment and selection at all levels, including senior-level executives, and oversaw the implementation of people development and team development services such as assessment, coaching, competency analysis and team building. Gianluca began his career in advertising, where he was responsible for the administrative and reporting department. Gianluca has a university degree in industrial science, with a major in business. He speaks English and Italian.
