Description

the client is seeking a General Manager to lead operations for a live events venue at Lucas Oil Stadium. This role will oversee day-to-day management, ensure smooth event execution, and drive an excellent guest and team experience.

The General Manager will be responsible for coordinating venue operations before, during, and after events, managing staff and workflows, and supporting service quality across multiple functions. The position will also involve problem-solving in real time, maintaining operational consistency, and ensuring policies and procedures are followed to support safe, reliable operations.

Successful candidates will typically bring strong leadership and operational management skills, with the ability to manage teams, coordinate complex event requirements, and maintain high standards under time-sensitive conditions. Experience managing venue or event operations is expected to be a strong advantage, along with the ability to communicate effectively and deliver consistent results across event cycles.
