Fredrik Hiller, the Managing Partner of Signium Sweden, is based at the Gothenburg office. He executes assignments covering several business sectors and is active in the Professional and Financial Services Practices. He is specialized within logistics, supply chain and real estate. He entered the Executive Search industry in 2008 and has placed a large number of senior executives and board members in a broad spectrum of companies and governmental institutions. In addition to Executive Search, Fredrik advises clients in relation to management development audits, including assessment. Fredrik has a broad background from the financial field and has worked internationally, holding positions as group controller and financial manager. He started his career within KPMG as an auditor and financial consultant where he was in involved in a variety of transactions. He joined Signium in 2010, became a partner in 2011, and is the Managing Partner since 2015. He holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Gothenburg and has studied at the University of Sussex, UK.
