Frédéric joined Eric Salmon & Partners in September 2024 as a consultant in the Industrial practice, bringing nearly two decades of expertise inpublicworks and utilities. Frédéric’sleadershiproles include prominentorganizations such as Vinci, Eiffage, and Veolia Environnement. His expertise lies in operational performance andhuman resources management, with a focus on overseeing major urban development andinfrastructureprojects across France. Throughout his career, Frédéric has held various senior positions, from agency and regional management to subsidiaryleadership. At Veolia Environment, he played a key role in several strategic transformation initiatives, serving as an advisor to the Chairman of Veolia Water and working closely with the Group’sExecutiveCommittee. Frédéric’s career began in 2000 within decentralizedgovernmentdepartments, later transitioning to ministerial roles where he served as a technical advisor to the Secretary of State for Transport and as a strategic advisor to the Secretary of State for the Budget. In addition to his corporate career, Frédéric has in-depth knowledge of local governance and policy issues, particularly infinanceandpublic transportation. He gained this expertise through his experience as an elected official, serving from 2008 to 2020. A French national, Frédéric is adegreeof both the École Polytechnique and the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris.
