Frédéric’s leadership roles include prominent organizations such as Vinci, Eiffage, andVeolia Environnement. His expertise lies inoperational performance and human resources management, with a focus on overseeing major urban development andinfrastructure projects across France. Throughout his career, Frédéric has held various senior positions, from agency andregional management to subsidiary leadership. At Veolia Environment, he played a key role in several strategic transformation initiatives, serving as an advisor to the Chairman of Veolia Water andworking closely with the Group’s ExecutiveCommittee.
