About Nederveen
Frank Nederveen is a Senior Partner at the TRANSEARCH International Amsterdam office, and is a core member of the global Financial Services Practice, with a particular specialisation on the broader domain of Private Equity.
Frank has over 15 years of International experience completing senior level searches for funds and their portfolio companies. He advises clients in the broader financial services arena, including the major corporate and retail banks and financial institutions. Frank has been recognised in the market for counseling family offices, asset/fund managers and trustees. Furthermore, his consulting activities also cover pre-deal advisory and post-acquisition executive and non-executive hiring. His broad financial services knowledge also reaches out into investment banking, oil & gas, utilities and digital enterprises.
A special affinity Frank has developed throughout his consulting career, is the focus on hybrid solutions for distressed sectors being in special need for speedy recovery from major impacts. He is well versed in drawing on the international talent circuits and bringing disruptive solutions.
Most, if not all of the above, he conducted from Rubicon Search, the search company he founded a decade ago and now merged the company into TRANSEARCH International.
Prior to his executive search consulting career Frank worked as Investment Banker at ING and Rabobank in The Netherlands mainly the global Oil & Gas sectors.
Frank was born and raised in Switzerland, moved to The Netherlands and subsequently started his formal education in Chicago to move back to The Netherlands to earn his Masters' in Economics in Finance and Marketing from the State University of Groningen and attend business courses at UCLA (California).
