Frank Galati is Managing Partner at TRANSEARCH Toronto and practice leader for the Energy and Natural Resources and Not-for-Profit groups. He works with clients of varying sizes and complexities across North America and globally, in a variety of sectors. Since joining TRANSEARCH in 2006, Frank has placed hundreds of senior executives, operating/technical managers, and board directors into established and emerging organisations. Frank believes that strategic and complete talent management is key to business growth and has spearheaded numerous vehicles to better advise clients and enhance industry diversity. For example, Frank initiated a strategic partnership with the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM) and spearheaded the Bedford-CIM Young Leaders Award. Frank has a passion for strategic compensation and its impact on talent recruitment, retention, and broader organisational culture. He publishes an annual remuneration report for mining industry executives and leads the firm's compensation advisory practice. Before joining TRANSEARCH, Frank held C-suite roles in some of Canada's largest companies and brands, including Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for one of Canada's Best Managed Companies. Frank attended the University of Toronto and the University of Windsor and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
