Based in Copenhagen, Folke uses his 25 years of experience to help both regional and international clients solve their most challenging problems by finding the right people to fill senior leadership positions. Folke brings a wealth of executive search knowledge to his clients. He previously worked for another leading global executive search firm, where he built a financial services business in Denmark. He also worked at a third executive search firm, where he was a partner in the financial services group. Folke began his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and several Nordic firms. Folke holds an MSc in economics from Copenhagen University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University
