He began his career as a construction engineer, contributing to various projects at small and mid-sized Brazilian builders and developers. He later joined the Votorantim Cimentos trainee program, where he gained cross-functional experience in multiple business areas, including strategic development. In 2007, Flavio transitioned to the executive search industry, joining a globally recognized multinational firm. Since then, he has dedicated over 18 years to talent management, leading executive and middle management search projects, as well as broader talent advisory engagements.
