Fiona Lavan is a Managing Director at Stanton Chase Australia. She has been in the executive search industry since 1988 and became an equity partner of Stanton Chase in 1998. In 2011, she was appointed to the Global Board as Vice Chair Regions and Regional Vice President Asia Pacific, roles she held until the end of 2014. She returned to the Global Board from 2019 to 2021 and currently serves as the Global Sector Leader for Agribusiness. Additionally, she is a member of the Global Governance Committee of Stanton Chase. Fiona has conducted searches for clients in various sectors, including agribusiness, financial services, industrial, social impact (government, education, and non-profit), life sciences and healthcare, and logistics and transportation, with a focus on port and rail management. She spent several years working in both corporate banking and international treasury with Australian, Japanese, and British banks.
