Fauna & Flora is looking for a Finance Business Partner for East & Southern Africa to support the client in achieving its conservation goals. The role involves providing financial management support to internal teams, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of variances. The Finance Business Partner will work closely with project managers, program directors, and administrators to ensure efficient financial management and compliance with grants and contracts.
The ideal candidate will have experience in management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with non-finance managers and providing them with necessary financial support. The Finance Business Partner should be a team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a proactive approach to adding value to the client.
