Fernando joined as a Partner in Airaldi SHC in 2008. He actively participates in mentoring programs for top universities such as Di Tella, UCA, and UCEMA. His consulting career started 9 years ago and he has successfully developed appropriate search and sourcing strategies for many of Airaldi SHC’s clients within a wide range of industries. Before joining this firm, he held line and managerial positions in Commercial and International Commerce areas for multinational companies in Consumer Goods, Automotive industries, as well as Start-up business in retail franchising. Fernando holds a degree in International Commerce from Universidad de la Marina Mercante, an MBA (Master in Business Administration) from UCEMA. He is a certified Coach by the IAC (International Association of Coaching) and he has postgraduate degrees in Human Resources, Change, Innovation and Agile in People Management from UCEMA and Managing Human Resources in the Digital Era from Di Tella University. He speaks Spanish and English.
