Ferenc is Managing Partner for the Beaumont Group Hungary and Owner -Managing Director of Career Solutions Ltd, focusing on Executive search, recruitment and talent management. Ferenc has been carrying out senior retained executive search work and developing talent management solutions for Hungarian leadership for the past 15 years, during which he was also the Head of CEE for Hudson Global Resources, a region covering 6 CEE countries. Prior to this Ferenc had senior executive positions in Industry, most notably with Daimler-Chrysler affiliate Continental-Temic, and General Electric in CFO, VP and Head of Supply Chain roles. A trained economist graduating from the University of Economics, Budapest he also has a Masters in International Finance. Ferenc is member of the National Association of Hungarian Executives.
