Felix Korostin is a Partner at JM Search and leader of the Firm’s Technology CFO Practice and is a member of the Firm’s Finance Committee. He focuses exclusively on financial executive searches for growth-oriented technology companies. Felix has extensive experience working with C-level executives, Board of Directors, private equity sponsors, venture capital investors, and financial institutions. He leverages his investment banking and finance experience to help clients build strong financial leadership teams to optimize their businesses to achieve profitable growth and scale.​ Prior to JM Search, Felix held leadership roles in M&A and Strategy functions; and has personally been involved in over $28 Billion of M&A/financing transactions. Felix led Corporate Development & Strategy at Radial, a spin-off from eBay. Radial (FKA: eBay Enterprise / Magento / GSI Commerce) is the leader in omnichannel e-commerce technology and logistics, working with enterprise and mid-market brands & retailers. Before Radial, he held leadership roles at Comcast/NBCU and Towers Watson, focusing on growing their technology businesses by defining corporate strategy and executing M&A transactions. He also worked for Versa Capital Management; a mid-market private equity fund based out of Philadelphia with $1.4 billion of AUM. Felix began his career working in Merrill Lynch’s Investment Banking unit in the Multi-Industry group advising companies such as GE, Danaher and other global industrial companies. Felix graduated from Drexel University, cum laude, with concentrations in Finance & Marketing. Felix and his family live in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, bicycling, and is actively involved in the Philly Tech Start-up scene.
