With over a decade of professional experience, Federico has developed significant cross-sector expertise in Corporate Officer appointments, including roles in Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Sales, and Technology. Before joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Federico spent seven years at a leading global executive search firm, where he gained in-depth expertise in asset and wealth management, private equity, real estate, insurance, and payments. Earlier in his career, he worked at another prominent executive search and leadership consulting firm, focusing on retail and investment banking assignments. Federico began his professional journey at EY. An Italian national, he graduated magna cum laude in Business Administration from the University of Turin, where he currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Business Management.
