She also counseled organizational leaders on the status of recruitments and contract negotiations and mentored junior recruiting professionals. She began at MUSC as a Provider Onboarding Coordinator, spearheading the transitions of newly hired physicians and hospital acquisitions. Fayth spent several years with The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center within the Department of Ophthalmology, most recently as the Executive Assistant to the Chair, and prior to that Recruitment Coordinator for the organization?s ACGME-certified resident program.
