Co-founder of Havik , Fabio is responsible for Insurance and Healthcare Practices .He has more than 15 years of experience in Insurance, Banking and Human Capital Consultancy. Prior to joining Havik he served in executive positions at Bradesco Seguros, BankBoston and Aon Hewitt. With his team, he was responsible for hiring over 150 executives for Hospitals, Health Operators and Insurance Companies. Fabio holds a degree in Psychology, with Specialization in Lacanian Psychoanalysis. He is a member of the Multidisciplinary Medical team of the Psychoanalysis Clinic of the Human Genome Studies Center of the University of São Paulo (USP).
