In Executive Search since 2006, he was part of Fesa’s executive selection and evaluation team for the consumer goods, luxury, media and entertainment, pharmaceutical and financial markets. She has led market mapping consulting projects, strategic compensation, and executive selection and evaluation. He started his career in Recruitment and Selection in 2001. He worked on leading projects with high volume of positions and led the Call Center area. She joined Search in 2011, as a Partner, where she remained until 2016, to work in the selection and assessment of Executives and Assessment processes in the segments where she is specialized. In October 2016 she assumed the position of Director at EXEC, and in March 2021 she became Executive Director in the Industrial and Infrastructure verticals, Fabiana graduated from PUC and is fluent in English.
