Scion Executive Search is partnering with a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization to find an Executive Director who will drive organizational innovation. The client, founded in 2001, serves nearly 1,100 employers within the federal contractor community across diverse industries. This full-time position, based in Indianapolis with a hybrid work environment, offers the opportunity to lead a team and shape the future of talent acquisition. The client focuses on technological advancement and strategic HR solutions to support compliance functions, providing tools and resources to optimize hiring processes and improve talent acquisition efficiency.
As the Executive Director of the client, the successful candidate will report directly to the Board of Directors and lead the organization in driving innovation at the intersection of HR technology and hiring process compliance. This role involves developing and executing a strategic plan to drive growth in recruitment compliance strategy, overseeing all aspects of the organization including promotion and product development, and fostering a collaborative team environment. The Executive Director will also be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to reinforce the client's position as an industry leader, as well as overseeing financial operations and human resources strategies.
