Joined Spencer Stuart in 1999, and has more than 18 years of executive recruiting experience across a range of senior management positions with much of my work focusing on the industrial/automotive, high tech, chemicals and media sector. Prior to Spencer Stuart, spent eight years with a renowned German HR consulting firm where I operated at a senior associate level in all phases of the recruiting process. Earlier in my career, I served over four years as the Deputy of the Managing Director with a cultural institute where I focused on PR, publishing work, concepts and the organization of international congresses and events. Graduated from the University of Munich with an M.A. degree (major in History) and spent two years of my studies in Zagreb/Croatia. In addition, I completed a one year full time training in Business Administration.
