About Ms. Henao
Based in Bogotá, Estefania Henao leads Spencer Stuart’s Professional & IT Services Practice in Latin America. With over 10 years of executive search experience, she works with a range of clients from large publicly traded companies to small privately held companies.
Executive search experience across Latin America
Estefania initially joined Spencer Stuart in 2011 in Bogota. She spent a year in the firm’s Medellin office, and four years in the firm’s Mexico City office, as a member of the Financial Services Practice.
Estefania has cultivated an extensive professional network, developed over years of living and working in Brazil, Argentina, Spain, Mexico and Colombia.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Estefania worked as a business strategy associate for A Piece of Pie, a business consultancy specializing in innovation, based in Barcelona.
She also worked for The Nielsen Company, acting as a strategic partner for global multinational companies in the consumer sector in Bogota and Buenos Aires.
Estefania studied business administration at the Universidad de Los Andes and completed her studies at the Fundação Getulio Vargas in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She earned a master’s degree in marketing from the University of Barcelona. Estefania is fluent in Spanish and English, and proficient in Portuguese.
