Her career spans a wide range of industries and functions, including corporate, agency, tech, healthcare, finance, legal, operations, human resources and creative services—making her a versatile and trusted advisor to leadership teams navigating the complexities of high-impact hiring. With a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Maryville University of Saint Louis and a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Erin brings more than just industry experience to the table. She operates with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, leadership behavior, and cultural alignment—essential qualities for navigating executive search at the highest levels. Her approach is direct, data-informed, and always grounded in the needs of the business. Outside of her professional work, Erin is a dedicated volunteer with People Helping People of Utah, where she coaches women on transferable job skills, resume writing, and interview preparation—helping them build confidence and re-enter the workforce.
