She has a significant background in executive search project management, having managed multiple searches with competing timeframes simultaneously. Erin has a wealth of experience with supporting senior stakeholders, both locally and globally. With a warm, friendly and efficient approach to communication, Erin works closely with our clients to ensure all aspects of the search run in a smooth and timely fashion. Prior to joining Watermark Search, Erin worked in support roles within the recruitment and advertising industries.
