Eric Wimpfheimer is a core member of the healthcare team at Russell Reynolds Associates. He advises biotech and pharmaceutical organizations on executive appointments across the R&D and commercial spectrum, and creates tailored leadership solutions for clients’ succession challenges. Based in New York, Eric is an organizational psychologist with more than a decade of experience in succession planning, leadership development, executive coaching and assessment. Eric joined us from Deloitte Consulting, where he worked with clients to solve their most pressing business and leadership challenges, with a focus on succession planning, talent strategy, and technology transformation. Eric holds a master’s degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rutgers University.
