Eric Slankis is a Partner in the Ottawa office of Odgers Berndtson. With two decades of executive search experience, he has led hundreds of executive searches in both the public and private sector within the healthcare, non-profit, education and association sectors, in addition to Canada’s Crown corporations and government agencies. Eric is a trusted advisor to Boards and management teams in a wide variety of industry and functional areas. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Eric worked for a leading global search firm, as well as boutique firms in Toronto and Ottawa. Eric has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from York University. He has authored several articles about building exceptional leaders and on implementing successful transition strategies. Eric has also been a featured speaker and facilitator at various professional development conferences.
