Working predominantly with CEOs, Directors and Board Members, Ennis has a strong track record in the recruitment of senior executives in a wide scope of business sectors. Prior to establishing Cornerstone Korea / Fortis Partners he was a Managing Consultant with MRI Worldwide Korea and was leading financial sector with 3 Jr. consultant and researchers. At MRI Worldwide Korea, he has won the 2nd best consultant and two times of 3rd best consultant in Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining MRI he was Senior Research Manager with a reputable local Search firm for four years. He has gained broad knowledge and established a network base in the Insurance, AMC, Corporate Banking and Private Equity having handled many assignments in senior positions. Before that he worked for another search group as a Senior Research Manger. Prior to moving to the search industry, he operated his own business which was a trading company in Miami and Los Angeles. His main responsibilities were sales, marketing and operations including human resource issues. At the same time he worked for Banco de Consolidado in Miami as a part time recruiter. Ennis earned his B.A. degree in Business Administration from Florida International University.
