Emma Telford is a member of the firm’s Technology Officers Practice, based in London. She specializes in recruiting CIO, CTO and CPO talent for Private Equity-backed businesses. The majority of her work is in advising businesses as they transform digitally. She works across multiple industries, with a particular focus on assignments within the financial services, technology and industrials sectors. She has over 15 years of executive search experience and an extensive background in research. She is a trusted client advisor, working closely with industry leaders both regionally and internationally. Prior to her current role, Emma worked extensively to recruit senior-level investment professionals and advisors for leading private equity funds, real estate investors, asset managers, and investment banks. Emma joined Russell Reynolds Associates from an emerging online headhunting platform, where she focused on recruiting for roles in real estate and financial services. She was previously a consultant at a leading boutique search firm, working across the investment banking, private equity, real estate, and alternative investment areas. Emma began her career in Pan-European Equity Sales at Goldman Sachs. Emma holds an MA, with Honors, in Art and Architectural History from the University of Edinburgh.
