Emily Taylor leads executive searches for financial funds with a particular focus on senior-level investment professionals. Based in London, Emily co-leads the global Private Equity Practice for Russell Reynolds Associates and is a member of the firm’s global Financial Services Sector. She works closely with investment teams, advising on Chairman and board appointments. Emily also has expertise in recruiting leaders for investor relations and group functions, as well as operating partners and senior industry and country advisors. She has worked with large-cap and mid-cap funds across Europe in multiple sectors. Emily has more than 25 years of executive search experience, including as part of the founding team at a boutique human capital advisory firm. At that company, Emily developed and led both the investment banking and private equity practices. She also established the retail financial services and insurance teams. Emily began her career with Rose Partnership where she specialized in investment banking and private equity. Emily received her BA in classics from Bristol University in the UK.
