Emily McGonigle is a Principal within the CFO Practice, working on senior finance searches across all industries. She draws on her chartered accountancy background to review technical acumen and fit in assessing role requirements and candidate suitability. In addition to leading search engagements, Emily supports the Rotman CFO Program in both design and delivery. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Emily was a Director in the Assurance Practice of a multinational professional services firm. She has over 15 years of experience working for a broad range of clients across multiple industries, from large publicly listed organizations to small private clients, funds, and nonprofits. She has also held a number of leadership roles where she developed her passion for human resources, mentoring, and recruitment. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Bristol in England and is a fellow chartered accountant (FCA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
