Based in London, Emily Marsh is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Legal, Compliance & Regulatory Practice. As a former practising lawyer with nearly a decade of executive search experience, Emily understands the demands facing leaders in the legal function today and the capabilities necessary to succeed. Extensive legal and executive search expertise Emily specialises in recruiting general counsel, corporate secretaries and senior compliance roles for public and private companies across all sectors. She also recruits partners and senior functional leaders for leading law firms. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Emily practised as a lawyer at White & Case, where she specialised in intellectual property law. She worked in both their London and Johannesburg offices. Emily graduated from Edinburgh University with an M.A. (honours) in French and Spanish, before studying law at BPP Law School in London. She is a qualified solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. She speaks English, French and Spanish.
