She has developed more than 20 years experience in Executive Search companies as Russell Reynolds, Seeliger y Conde and Accord Group. She is used to working for multinational companies and has become a specialist consultant in Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Luxury, Real Estate, Retail Distribution and Leisure & Entertainment sectors. Previous Experience: Elena worked for two international Banks: Bankers Trust Co. and ANZ Grindlays Bank where she became Customer Service Officer and Deputy Representative. Education Elena is MBA by the Instituto de Empresa and is Coach certificated by the Escuela Europea de Coaching (EEC) and the International Coaching Federation.
