The client is seeking four experienced EHCP Officers to join their team in the West Midlands on a 3-month initial contract. The role involves managing and processing SEND assessments, reviews, and phase transfers, ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines and the SEND Code of Practice. The successful candidates will need to have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a full SEN Case Officer role, strong knowledge of SEND processes, and excellent EHCP plan writing skills. The position offers a day rate of 220 and is fully remote.

Key responsibilities include writing and updating high-quality EHCPs, collaborating with families, professionals, and local authorities, and using the Synergy reporting system. The ideal candidates will be able to handle a high caseload while maintaining accuracy and empathy.
