Eduardo Antunovic is a Senior Partner and Chief Client Officer at Kingsley Gate. With over 20 years of experience in Executive Search, he has successfully completed searches for Presidents, Directors, CEOs, and other senior management positions for leading multinational companies globally, as well as for regional and local companies, focusing his expertise on the technology, media and telecommunications, consumer and retail, industrial, and professional services sectors. Before joining Kingsley Gate, Eduardo was a Managing Partner at CTPartners. Previously, as a Senior Partner at Heidrick & Struggles, he held key leadership positions, actively managing the search practice. He served as Managing Partner of the Peru and Brazil offices, then moved to Madrid, where he was Managing Partner for Southern Europe and Latin America. Subsequently, he held the position of Global Managing Partner for all practices, based in London, UK. Eduardo is a global executive whose career includes senior executive roles in emerging and established business centers with significant multinational operations in Europe and South America. He gained in-depth knowledge of business practices and cultures during his assignments in Spain, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, and Venezuela. He is a graduate of Adolfo Ibáñez University. He is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. He is a member of YPO/WPO and a reserve officer in the Chilean Navy. Eduardo currently divides his time between the Madrid and Santiago, Chile offices.
