He also leads the Business Services practice, being a trusted advisor to a number of organisations in business services, media, energy, telecom and technical service providers. Before joining Odgers Berndtson in 2007, Ed was a member of the House of Representatives (Tweede Kamer) in the Netherlands. Responsible for the Social Affairs & Employment and Sports portfolios. Prior to that, he held various management roles within General Electric Commercial Finance, including Sales & Marketing Director Benelux. Ed is a chartered accountant. Living with his family in the South of the Netherlands where he cycles and runs. He is also a keen photographer. For Ed, Odgers Berndtson is big enough to matter and small enough to care.
