Doug is a Partner at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Technology Practice where he specializes in Cybersecurity leadership. He focuses on recruiting senior executives for private equity-backed technology companies nationally, recruiting cross-functional talent into many of our nation’s top cybersecurity companies. Doug has also placed CISOs and other cybersecurity leaders across a diverse set of industries.​ Doug has 13 years of experience in executive search. Prior to joining the JM Search team in 2019, Doug was a Partner with Parallel Futures International, a boutique executive search firm specializing in the strategy consulting industry where he recruited a wide range of executives focusing on commercialization strategy, corporate strategy, pricing strategy, 3rd party risk management, market research, analytics, and marketing technology. ​ Doug graduated from Miami University (OH) with a B.S. in Marketing. He is a DC-native and currently resides in Bethesda, MD with his wife and two children. Outside of work, Doug enjoys spending time with his friends and family, amateur photography, and playing golf.​
