The client is seeking a Director of the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism. In this leadership role, you will oversee the divisions strategy and operations, and help ensure high-quality clinical, educational, and research activities that support patient care and organizational goals.
Responsibilities will typically include providing executive-level leadership for division services, setting priorities, coordinating multi-disciplinary efforts, and supporting the development of programs that strengthen outcomes in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism. You will be expected to foster collaboration across internal stakeholders, promote continuous improvement, and guide teams to deliver consistent, patient-centered care.
The role requires demonstrated leadership capabilities and expertise in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolic care. You should be prepared to lead initiatives related to clinical program development, academic and/or scholarly activities, and professional development within the division, while maintaining strong standards for quality, governance, and responsible management of division resources.
