The Director of Revenue Management position at the client's iconic hotel in Philadelphia involves developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue across rooms, segmentation mix, and pricing. This role requires analyzing data, market trends, and compiling accurate forecasts to support business objectives. The Director will also participate in the Executive Committee to validate forecasts and align on business plans, oversee inventory and rates, and manage the Reservations/Guest Relations team.
Qualified candidates for this position should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue management within a luxury hotel environment. They should also have a strong background in hospitality sales, market research, segmentation, distribution channels, and yield management. Other qualifications include exceptional organizational, time management, and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and statistical/competitive analysis tools. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities, and a passion for luxury hospitality.
