The client, a technology company specializing in human resources platform management and software development, is seeking a Director of Commercial Strategy for LATAM. The role involves contributing to the strategic definition and commercialization of products by working closely with Operations, Strategy, and Product teams to ensure that product offerings meet and exceed customer expectations. The Director will be responsible for building a high-performing sales team based on trust, transparency, and company values, as well as setting high standards for commercial teams and developing data-driven strategies.

The successful candidate must have at least 15 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a strong leadership background in multinational environments. They should have knowledge of digital/technological environments, particularly in SaaS, and a customer-focused approach in the human resources sector. The Director will be responsible for managing sales teams, collaborating with departments such as Customer Intelligence and Customer Success, and achieving or exceeding approved budgets each year. Strong communication skills, executive leadership experience, proven success in revenue generation, analytical abilities, and a results-oriented mindset are also required for this role.
