The client is seeking a Director of Mid-Atlantic Sales to lead and grow sales efforts across the DC, MD, and VA region. This role will be responsible for driving revenue performance, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting the sales organizations overall strategy and execution within the assigned territory.
The Director will typically oversee sales planning and execution, manage key customer and partner relationships, and help guide the team toward consistent attainment of sales goals. Responsibilities may include forecasting, developing and communicating sales priorities, and ensuring effective coordination across relevant internal stakeholders to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading sales activities and managing teams in a regional or multi-state environment. Strong sales leadership, relationship-building, and performance management skills are expected, along with the ability to set priorities, communicate clearly, and use sales insights to improve results across the Mid-Atlantic territory.
