The Director of Finance Systems & Transformation will spearhead this initiative, focusing on the modernization of ERP systems, the redesign of core finance processes, and aligning systems with future growth objectives.

In this senior leadership position, the Director will oversee enterprise-wide initiatives to transform finance systems and ERP processes, concentrating on accounting, tax, and other related functions. Candidates should possess extensive experience in finance systems, ERP, or finance transformation leadership, with a strong track record in delivering large-scale enterprise system programs. Expertise in accounting, tax, and financial controls, along with experience in major ERP platforms like SAP or Microsoft Dynamics, is preferred.
