Diego Esteban specializes in senior-level executive and non-executive board assignments across the healthcare, consumer and insurance industries. Diego has conducted numerous high-level executives searches in his more than 15 years at Russell Reynolds Associates. Prior to joining the executive search industry, Diego was the CEO of Sanitas Hospitals and a member of the Sanitas Insurance Executive Committee (BUPA Group). He also spent seven years in business consulting, working at Andersen Consulting and AT Kearney in Europe and the US. Diego received his degree in Medicine and Surgery from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona and his MBA from IESE. Additionally, he has participated in postgraduate programs at the HSPH in Boston.
